Nobody should be surprised given his background which includes lawsuits of Securities Fraud, Negligent Misrepresentation, stretching across the USA from coast to coast.  Vast amounts of money misappropriated and the CEO of Oxymoron Entertainment always the recipient of the benefit.  The slippery Oxymoron Ent Controller Mallick should be in prison and has always hired expensive attorney's to keep him out of the can.  The latest lawyers with some specialty in laundering / defending white collar criminals. 

Oxymoron Entertainment is Epassporte.  Lawsuit after Lawsuit after Lawsuit.  Christopher Mallick has a history of misdeeds, even charges of Securities Fraud.  Oxymoron Entertainment is a RISKY INVESTMENT says many.

Better question.  Why would customers need to ASK at all for THEIR OWN MONEY Back?!
